Founded in 2004, we have been working to change the fast food landscape and what people think of when they think of quick, easy meals. We treat our food with tender love and care, and that TLC rubs off on our staff while interacting both with each other and our amazing customers.
Our mission here at B.GOOD has been to spread our food ethos message in order to make a positive change in the fast-casual space. As such, we have worked tirelessly to create a highly-replicable and efficient franchising system to rapidly spread our message on a global scale. Our goal is to provide high-quality food using only the freshest ingredients to our hungry customers. We pride ourselves on our four pillars of freshness: serving food that is sourced sustainably, is cooked and harvested in-season, helping customers stay fresh & balanced, and supporting our communities.
We take sourcing seriously. That’s why we work with a slew of local farms, bakeries, and other suppliers to keep our food fresh throughout the year. Locally-sourced food keeps the menu fresher and brighter and the meals more fulfilling to our customers throughout the year.
We keep our food fresh year-round because we cook seasonally. That means apples & squash in the winter and asparagus & watermelon in the spring. Cooking seasonally allows us to use the highest-quality, tastiest ingredients when they are ready for harvest, which translates to a delicious meal at every one of our fast-casual franchises.
By sourcing locally and cooking seasonally, we keep our menus fresh by rotating items in and out of the menus at our restaurant franchises according to the seasons. This also allows us to support farmers and food producers in our local communities throughout the year.
HOW WE CONTINUE TO GROW
As the company has grown,
we have expanded into the franchising field to spread our message, and our fresh food, coast to coast. Fresh, sustainable food is something that people want whether they are in Seattle or Boston or San Diego. Our brand allows us to reach a broad audience that is currently underserved by the healthier food segment of the fast food industry. By opening restaurant franchises across the country, we can bring unique meal options to a mass audience that otherwise would not be able to enjoy them.
As the fast-casual food industry continues to grow into a larger part of the marketspace, B.GOOD has stayed ahead of the curve by providing excellent food and value for its customers in addition to adding more restaurant franchises to its stable of locations.
